Ordering was simple and it was a good deal as well. I ordered online. Spoke to sales to clarify some points and paid the deposit to secure the order and price. I was told it may take 6 to 8 months for delivery. I got it within that time span although it was going to be 11 months at one stage.
Staff were helpful responded quickly. However it would have been useful if they automatically provided updates regularly.
They are an intermediary and do not actually order the car.
I paid £ 1000 deposit and the remainder after the car was delivered to my house and I had looked it over. I judged the risk to be low as I had paid the deposit by credit card.

This was my first time using UK car discount as recommended by a friend. I found the whole process very straightforward. Throughout the process I was kept fully informed. From the beginning, Harley was fantastic at all correspondents, sending over all information I wanted/needed regarding what car plus any add-ons I wanted, helping modify the vehicle how I wanted it, and assisting in gaining the best price possible!
There were delays due to the car manufacturing process, but each time I phoned up UK Car Discount they were able to pass on all information from the manufacturer with dates of when I could expect delivery. The delivery process was very smooth and easy, with delivery right to my front door and passing over all information required, the car arrived in perfect quality.
The payment process was very easy too and not stressful. Very happy with my new car :) Thank you to everyone at UK Car Discount for the help and for finding the best price for my car.

I found UK Car Discount through a search engine when looking for the best price for a new car and would highly recommend them. I really appreciated their transparency both before I committed to purchase and whilst waiting for the car to arrive.
Like many people my car was delayed from the expected delivery date. However, UK Car Discount kept me informed throughout the process.

Because of the ‘chip shortage’ the car was delayed however they kept me informed. Apart from the £500 deposit I paid nothing until I had received and inspected the car. The price was excellent, and I did not need to haggle. It was easy to contact them, and they were always helpful. I will be using them next time I need I car. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with the MG that now stands in my drive. Although it has taken 10 months for the car to arrive, it is perfect and the experience with UK Car Discount was faultless. My only comment is that I would have liked a few more updates even if there was no news, just to know I had not been forgotten.
